X-TREME 6G is run by a consortium of 17 companies, universities and research centers who decided to join their strengths and assets within one project to define the future of 6G in Europe, at the unique intersection of microlectronics and telecommunications
p-NET’s mission is to develop technological solutions and innovative interventions leading to exportable products and services of high added value, while capitalizing on the strengths and potential of the Greek ICT ecosystem. Synergies and cross-fertilization between industry, academia and civil society drive the Center’s R&I efforts and the creation of positive societal, economic, and environmental impact. p-NET’s expertise includes advanced network infrastructure, experimentation, technology solutions, upskilling, consulting, and mentoring for startups.

In X-TREME 6G, p-NET aims to leverage the outcomes of X-TREME 6G by introducing innovative 6G functionalities and related microelectronic subsystems into its service offerings, making them accessible to a range of vertical applications though its service catalog. In line with X-TREME 6G objectives, p-NET plans to adopt an open and modular architecture to enhance flexibility and integration moving forward to the 6G era.
